摘　　要：目的 调查首都医学发展科研基金（简称首发基金）项目承担单位,对首发基金的认知情况.方法 以专家会议法为主,设计形成电子调查问卷,依托北京市卫生局专项工作通知,对受首发基金资助单位进行认知情况调查.应用克朗巴赫α系数和内容效度,评价调查表的信度、效度,分析承担单位对首发基金的作用、满意程度,以及基金的目的和影响的认知情况.结果 对首发基金的管理方式认知的满意度、对首发基金作用的认可度均为93％以上,首发基金的目的和影响也深入人心,显示出首发基金对首都医学发展的促进作用.结论 首发基金承担单位对首发基金的认知良好,有很高的满意度,对首发基金即给予了肯定也给予了期望.Objective To investigate the cognition of organizations who undertake the programmes of Capital medical development research foundation （referred to Capital Fund）. Methods We formed electronic questionnaire mainly by the Expert Meeting Law, and investigate the cognition of the project undertaker of Capital Fund, relying on the special work notice of Beijing Municipal Health Bureau. We evaluated reliability by analyzing Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient, evaluated validity by con- tent validity, and analysis the project undertaker＇s cognition of the function, satisfaction, purpose and influence of Capital Fund. Results The satisfaction index with method of the foundation＇ s manage- ment and the cognition index to the foundation are both over 93 percent, the objective and the impact of Capital Fund are popular, showing that the Capital Fund promoted the development of medicine. Conclusions The organizations undertaking the programmes of Capital Fund have positive cognition and satisfaction to the foundation, and the project leaders also showed their expectation to the foundation.
