胰岛素治疗105例糖尿病肾病患者治疗回顾性分析

摘　　要：糖尿病肾病（diabetic nephropathy,DN）是糖尿病的主要并发症,也是导致终末期肾病的首位原因,严重影响了人类健康和生活质量。它的早期表现为间歇性无症状性微量蛋白尿。我国近年来糖尿病发病率不断上升,患病人数仅次于印度,居世界第二位,据我院近8年来收集住院糖尿病患者308例,在除外其他肾脏病后的105例尿蛋白阳性者（或伴少许管型）,临床诊断符合糖尿病肾病,使用胰岛素治疗,并发肾功能衰竭的患者作腹膜透析和血液透析。Diabetic nephropathy is a major complication of diabetes, is the number one cause Ot eno--stage renal disease, a serious impact on numan health aml quality oi life. It as an early manifestation of intermittent asymptomatic urinary micro protein . China in recent years, the incidence of diabetes is rising, the number of patients after India, ranked second in the world . according to nearly 8 years in our hospital were collected 308 cases of patients with diabetes, in 105 cases with positive uritle protein except kidney disease after （or with little tube type）, clinical diagnosis accord with diabetic nephropathy, the use of insulin therapy, patients with renal failure patients undergo ing hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
