摘　　要：目的：建立考察阿苯达唑片溶出过程的方法,初步评价该制剂的内在质量。方法：采用光纤药物溶出仪实时监测阿苯达唑片的溶出过程。结果：所测样品在45min内全部合格,批间和批内差异均较小。结论：光纤溶出仪能够实时有效地测定固体药物的体外溶出度,并能客观反应药物溶出的全过程。Objective： To establish a method for the whole process of dissolution of Albendazole tablets,Preliminary evaluation of the domestic quality of this preparation. Methods：The release process of Albendazole tablets was determined with fiber--optic medicine dissolution process real time test system. Results： The measured samples are qualified within 45 min,Between batch and batch differences are small Conclusion;This process analysis can refilct the dissolution of solid medicine. And can reflect the whole process of the medicine dissolution.
