混合痔术后伤口应用痔疾洗液湿热敷的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察用痔疾洗液湿热敷对混合痔术后伤口肿痛消退的效果。方法：混合痔术后水肿的患者60例,分成两组（湿热敷组30例与熏洗组30例）,用痔疾洗液进行局部治疗。结果：湿热敷组疗效优于熏洗组。结论：使用痔疾洗液湿热敷伤口可明显改善混合痔术后的各种临床症状,促进术后伤口的愈合。Objective： Observe Wet compress with Zhiji Xiye on the wound swelling subside effect after the operation of mixed hemorrhoid. Method： Edema after operation of mixed hemorrhoids in 60 cases, Divided into two groups （ wet compress group 30 cases and fumigation group 30 cases） local treatment with Zhiji Xiye. Result： Wet compress group is better than fumigation group. Conclusion： The use of Zhiji Xiye wet compress the wound can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of postoperative mixed hemorrhoids, promote healing of wound after operation.
