心宝丸治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察心宝丸治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将120例心功能II、III级的慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组。两组均予西医常规治疗,治疗组60例加心宝丸,对照组加安慰剂丸剂,两组均治疗2个月。统计临床疗效,观察两组治疗前后心功能分级变化,检测左室射血分数(LVEF)正常率(LVEF>40%),进行血、尿、粪常规及肝、肾功能检查,观察药物不良反应。结果:两组心衰疗效比较,治疗组总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率75.0%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意(P<0.05),两组中医症候疗效比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05),超声心动图比较无统计学意义。结论:心宝丸可明显改善慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者心功能,安全有效。Objective： To observe clinical effects of Xinbao Wan on chronic systolic heart failure. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Bases on western conventional treatment, the treatment group was given Xinbao Wan, the control was given placebo. Before and after 2 months treatment, changes in cardiac function, left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） normal rate （LVEF〉40%）, blood, urine, stool and liver and kidney function, adverse reactions were compared. Results： The total efficacy was 90.0% in treatment group, higher than 75.0% in the control; the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. TCM symptoms in two groups were compared with a statistical significance （P〈0.05）, echocardiographs were compared with no statistical significance. Conclusion： Xinbao Wan is effectively safe, for improving cardiac function in patients with chronic systolic heart failure.
