二味拔毒散镇痛、抗炎药效作用的研究

摘　　要：目的：观察二味拔毒散的镇痛、抗炎作用。方法：采用外涂二味拔毒散的给药途径，给药1次/d，至少接触4h/次，连续给药7d。动物随机分为空白对照组，阳性药组以及A/B/C大小剂量不同的三个治疗组（0.045/0.09/0.18g·只3个剂量）；采用热板法、扭体法观察二味拔毒散的镇痛作用。采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀进行抗炎实验。结果：镇痛及抗炎药理实验结果显示，二味拔毒散能明显抑制小鼠二甲苯致耳廓肿胀（P〈0.01～0.05），且能明显减少醋酸致小鼠扭体次数（P〈0.01～0.05）及延长热板致痛的潜伏期（P〈0.01～0.05）。结论：二味拔毒散具有一定的抗炎、镇痛作用。Objective： To investigate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Erwei Badu San. Methods： Researching the efferts of Erwei Badu powder in analgesic and anti-inflammatory in animal experiments. To external application was applied respectively for 7 days, and once per day, at least for 4h per once, the experimental animals were randomly divided into different groups： blank control group, positive control group and three different kinds of （A/B/C） therapy groups （150,300,600 mg·one rat）. Analgesic effects of Erwei Badu powder were investigated by hot plate test and acetic acid writhing test in mice; anti-Inflammatory effects of Erwei Badu powder were investigated by xylene-induced auricle swelling in mice. Results： The experimental results of pharmacological analgesic and anti-inflammatory showed that Erwei Badu powder can obviously inhibit the xylene induced ear swelling in mice （P〈0.01-0.05） and significantly reduced the number of writhing of acetic acid-induced mice （P〈0.01-0.05）, and delay the delitescence of hot plate leading to pain （P〈0.01-0.05）. Conclusion： The results show that Erwei Badu powder has certain analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects by external application.
