益肾活血胶囊对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者血流变的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾活血胶囊对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗(气虚血瘀型)血流变的影响。方法:将60例2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,对照组给予西医治疗(饮食控制、运动和二甲双胍治疗),治疗组用益肾活血胶囊口服,两组疗程均为两个月,治疗前后分别测全血黏度200/S,全血黏度30/S,全血黏度3/S,血降黏度,红细胞压积,纤维蛋白原,红细胞聚集变形指数,血沉方程K值。结果:治疗组总疗效为91.67%,优于对照组(40.00%)(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后的证候积分明显减少(P<0.01),与对照组相比有统计学意(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后,FPG、2hPG、HbA1C、FINS、ISI与对照组相比具有统计学意义,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:益肾活血胶囊能明显改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者的血流变,具有明显的临床意义。Objective： To observe effects of Yishen Huoxue capsule on hemorrheology in diabetes 2 patients with insulin resistance. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given western medicine, the treatment group was given Yishen Huoxue capsule. Results： The total efficiency in treatment group was 91.67%, was better than that in the control （40.00%） （P〈0.01）; the syndrome score in treatment group was obviously reduced （P〈0.01）, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）; comparing with FPG, 2 hPG, HbA1C, FINS, ISI in the control, the difference was statistical significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yishen Huoxue capsule can obviously improve hemorrheology in patients, with obvious clinical significance.
