调经促孕类中药治疗月经不调不孕症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨调经促孕类中药治疗月经不调不孕症的疗效。方法:选取我院2010年1月-2011年12月收治的78例月经不调不孕症患者作为研究对象,按照患者就诊顺序编号将其随机分为研究组与对照组,研究组行调经促孕类中药治疗,对照组行常规西药治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:研究组治疗效果明显优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对月经不调不孕症患者行调经促孕类中药,治疗效果显著,可推广应用。Objective： To study clinical effects of TCM medicine on treating irregular menstruation infertility. Methods： 78 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the study group was given TCM medicine, the control was given routine western medicine. Results： Clinical effects in study group were better, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM medicine has confirmed effects for irregular menstruation infertility, and is worthy of clinical application.
