摘 要:对某低品位难选碳酸锰矿进行了选矿试验研究,确定采用新型组合药剂QY作为菱锰矿的捕收剂,水玻璃和六偏磷酸钠作为石英、方解石等脉石的抑制剂,碳酸钠作为矿浆的pH调整剂,结果表明,采用一粗三精二扫、中矿顺序返回的浮选闭路流程,最终获得了锰品位16.92%、回收率85.13%的锰精矿。According to characteristics of a low-grade refractory manganese carbonate ore, a new type of combined regent, named QY, was taken as collector for rhodochrosite, silicate and sodium hexametaphosphate as depressors of gangue minerals such as quartz and calcite, and sodium carbonate as the regulator of pulp pH value in a beneficiation test. Results indicated that a closed-circult flowsheet consisting of one-stage roughing, three-stage cleaning and two-stage scavenging, with the middlings therein returned to the prior processes sequentially, yielded 85.13% Mn recovery to manganese concentrate grading 16.92% Mn.
