摘  要:以黄铁矿为硫化剂,云南低品位氧化锌矿为研究对象,采用硫化焙烧使氧化锌和黄铁矿发生反应,生成硫化锌,然后用硫化矿的常规浮选工艺回收锌。试验考察黄铁矿用量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间对硫化效果的影响。研究结果表明:在黄铁矿用量为25%、焙烧温度为800℃、通氮气保护条件下焙烧180 min,氧化锌矿的硫化率可达83.59%。处理后的物料采用常规硫化矿浮选法进行浮选,经过一次粗选,获得锌粗精矿品位为14.3%,回收率为64.7%。A low-grade zinc oxide ore from Yunnan Province was taken for an experimental study. With pyrite as a vulcanizing agent, zinc oxide was reacted with it using the technique of sulfidation roasting, resulting in zinc sulfide, which was then subjected to the conventional flotation process for sulfide ore for zinc recovery. The effects of pyrite dosage, roasting temperature and time on the sulfidation effect were all explored. Results show that, the sulfidation rate of zinc oxide was up to 83.59% by roasting at the temperature of 800℃ for 180 mins under the protection of nitrogen atmosphere, and using 25% of pyrite. The product obtained was then subjected to the conventional flotation process with one roughing, resulting in 64.7% Zn recovery to rougher concentrate grading 14.3% Zn.
