摘 要:综述了ODS弥散强化铜合金的制备方法,对比了不同工艺的优缺点,分析了ODS弥散强化铜合金用途和市场。用一种低成本的方法制备了含铝0.24%的ODS弥散强化铜合金,对应美国牌号为C15725,坯料的制备成本可控制在30 000元/t;所制备的ODS弥散强化铜合金的密度达到8.73 g/cm3(相对密度99.1%,理论密度8.81 g/cm3),相对导电率82%IACS以上;ODS弥散强化铜合金经过930℃热挤压,挤压比为14.6,热挤压态ODS弥散强化铜合金的室温抗拉强度530 MPa,经过900℃退火60 min之后室温抗拉强度500 MPa。最后展望了ODS弥散强化铜合金的应用前景。The manufacture methods for oxide dispersion strengthened copper alloys were overviewed, and the advantages and disadvantages of different techniques were compared. The applications and market of the oxide dispersion strengthened copper alloys were analyzed. An oxide dispersion strengthened copper alloy contained 0.24% aluminium was prepared by a low cost method, to which the corresponding USA brand is C15725. The preparation cost for the blank can be controlled within 30 000 RMB yuan per ton. The density of the prepared alloy is up to 8.73 g/cm3( with a relative density of 99.1% and theoretical density of 8.81 g/cm3) , and its relative electric conductivity is above 82% IACS. The oxide dispersion strengthened copper alloy has an extrusion ratio of 14.6 after hot extrusion at 930 ℃. The room temperature tensile strength of the as-hot-extruded oxide dispersion strengthened copper alloy is 530 MPa but becomes 500 MPa after annealing for 60 mins at 900 ℃. At last, the application prospects of the ODS dispersion strengthened copper alloy was discussed.
