摘　　要：因二段变换炉的催化剂性能下降,导致三段变换炉催化剂负荷加重,因此对二段变换炉内的催化剂进行了整体更换。简要介绍了更换所用的QDB-04型耐硫变换催化剂的性能、装填、升温硫化及耐硫变换工艺流程,重点分析了QDB-04型耐硫变换催化剂的运行情况及生产中应注意的事项。催化剂更换后,变换系统运行情况良好。Because of catalyst activity decrease of the secondary shift converter , which resulted in heavier workload for third shift converter catalyst , overall catalyst in secondary shift converter is replaced.A brief description is presented of the performance , filling, temperature rising and sulphurization of type QDB-04 sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst and sulfur-tolerant shift process , and an analysis is made especially focused on operation conditions of type QDB-04 sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst and matters needing attention in production .After replacement of catalyst , the operation of shift system is good.
