纬编双面网孔提花产品的开发

摘　　要：针对传统纬编双面网孔织物组织结构简单、错位花型形式单调的问题,采用不同规格的几种涤纶低弹网络丝、改性涤纶低弹丝等进行交织,开发了3款新型的纬编双面网孔产品,即网孔大小一致的、网孔大小不一致的,以及网孔内具有隐形提花效果的双面网孔提花针织产品。详细介绍面料的编织工艺,包括设备参数、原料规格、织针排列、三角排列、编织工艺设计、穿纱方式等,以及编织过程中的注意事项,并给出光坯布面料参数。该类双面网孔提花产品的设计工艺已较成熟地应用于生产,对于相关企业使用功能性纱线设计功能性针织产品具有一定的指导意义。In view of the problem of too simple structure and pattern style of double mesh fabric, the paper develops three new kinds of double mesh jacquard inter-knitted fabrics by using several low elastic network polyesterfilaments and modified low elastic polyester filament, which can respectively present the same-sized mesh, the different-sized mesh and the invisible pattern effect, It also introduces in detail the knitting technology, including equipment parameters, raw material specification, needle arrangement, cam arrangement, knitting diagram design and threading ways. In addition, the basic technical parameters of gray fabric are given. The results show that the designed technology of these kinds of double mesh jacquard knitted fabrics has been applied to production successfully, which can provide some references for designing functional knitted fabric by using functional knitting yams.
