摘  要:采用Coolplus(帛丝)长丝织物、纯棉织物、普通涤棉织物及Porep 纤维织物,设计组织结构相同、克质量类似的面料.测试织物的速干性、吸水性、芯吸高度、克罗值、透湿指数、透气性等指标,分析各类面料对人体舒适性的影响。结果表明:Porel 纤维织物对液态水的调控能力较其他材料更优,既能改善棉织物在夏季运动状态下穿着时产生的湿热感及冬季的湿冷感,又能克服Coolplus等化纤面料由于难以调节人体湿热平衡而产生的闷热感,其透湿、隔热性能均较好,具有优异的热湿调节能力,是贴身穿着服装的理想选择。The paper develops several plain knitted fabrics with same structure and similar weight per unit area by using Coolplus filament, pure cotton yarn, polyester/cotton blended yarn and Porel /cotton blended yarn. In addition, it tests the main properties of these fabrics including fast-drying properties, moisture absorption properties, wicking height, CLO value, moisture-permeability index and air-permeability properties and so on. The results showthat the ability of liquid water regulation of Porel fiber fabric is better than other fabrics; the Porel fabric can offer the comfort as needed in different circumstances and situations, while cotton fabric is stuck to our bodies withstuffy feeling in summer or cold feeling in winter; the moisture permeability and heat insulation performance of Porel are superior as well. Therefore, it can be estimated that the Porel fiber is good in adjusting the heat aridmoisture balance for the micro-environment next to the skin, which will be ideal choice for the next to skin garments.
