摘　　要：采用假捻法低捻纯棉纱按正常编织速度上机编织全棉低捻汗布,从机器的开机率和纱线机上质量测试两方面对假捻法低捻纯棉纱的织造性能进行研究。结果表明,该试样纱线质量合格,可投入针织物的编织应用中。同时针对常规低捻纱存在的问题,结合工厂生产对假捻法低捻纱的生产提出了若干合理建议,以利于假捻法低捻纱更好地编织。The paper studies the knitting performance of 100% cotton low twist yarn by false-twist method in terms of the rate of machine running and the actual knitting quality of yarn. The results show that this kind ofyarn can be applied in knitted fabric, the product quality of which can meet standard requirements. Besides, in view of the common problem by using general low twist yarn, it puts forward some feasible suggestions for the production of low twist yarn by false-twist method, which will be favourable for knitting.
