摘  要:针对筒子纱染中深色易出现牢度欠佳、内外层差等问题,对筒子纱前处理、染色、后处理3大工序分别进行常规工艺与短流程低能耗工艺的研究,测试了各工序中不同工艺所加工筒子纱的内中外层差、色牢度、K/S值、DE值、残液COD、pH值等,测算并对比分析了不同工艺的生产成本和产能及加工效果。结果表明,全棉筒子纱中深色加工采用低温精练、促进剂固色和皂活素皂洗组合而成的短流程低能耗优选工艺为宜,不仅内中外色差和各项色牢度指标不低于常规工艺,且降低生产成本,节能减排。In view of the poor color fastness and inner-outer layer color difference issue in cheese dyeing, conventional technology and short process, low energy consumption technologies for pretreatment, dyeing and finishingprocess of the cheese were investigated in this paper. And the color difference, the various color fastness, the K,/S value, the DE value, and the residual liquid COD and pH value of cheese dyed by different processes in differentworking procedures were tested. At last, the production costs and capacity of the different processes were calculated and compared, and then compared and analyzed the processing effect of different processes. The results show thatusing the short process low energy consumption technology which consists of low temperature scouring, accelerator fixation and soap activator soaping in the deep color dyeing process of cotton cheese is appropriate, and the color difference and the various color fastness of cheese dyeing by this technology is not lower than conventional process, and it is conducive to reducing the production cost and energy conservation and emissions reduction.
