摘　　要：以EndNote与NoteExpress为例,分析了参考文献管理软件的文献联机检索、文献管理与分析、辅助论文写作等功能,并找到软件与科技信息工作的契合点,提出了在专题检索、科技查新、撰写研究报告、期刊编辑等具体工作中,运用软件来减轻工作负担、提高工作效率。The paper takes EndNote and NoteExpress software for example, to analyze functions of reference management software such as document on-line retrieval, document management and analysis, paper writing assistant, and finds the conjunction point between software and sci-tech information work, proposes to use software to lighten work burden and improve work efficiency in subject search, sci-tech novelty search, research report writing, and journal editing.
