密封箱式炉的检测与分析

摘　　要：借助专用设备和仪器,对江苏丰东热技术股份有限公司生产、工作区尺寸为1200 mm×600 mm×600 mm的密封箱式炉的性能,包括空载升温时间、空载能耗、温度均匀性及表面温升等,进行了检测。结果表明,该密封箱式炉的空炉升温时间为4.133 3 h,空炉能耗为700.8 kWh,炉温均匀度为+2.7℃/-1.8℃,炉壁左侧、右侧及后侧的表面温升分别为44.97℃、44.67℃和37.23℃,符合标准要求。A certain seal box furnace with a working zone measuring 1200 mm long by 600 mm wide by 600 mm high, made in Jiangsu Fengdong Thermal Technology Co.,Ltd., was subjected to performance survey by means of some special equipments and instruments, the survey items involving no-load heating-up time, no-load energy consumption, temperature uniformity and surface temperature rise. The results show that the no-load heating-up time is 4. 133 3 h, the no-load energy consumption is 700. 8 kWh, the temperature variation is ＋ 2.7 ℃/ - 1.8 ℃, the surface temperature rise at left, right and back furnace walls are 44.97 ℃ 44.67 ℃ and 37.23 ℃ respectively
