摘　　要：由于交通技术监控违法行为的告知制度存在着漏洞,引发了一些比较突出的问题,给具体参与交通活动的当事人造成了误解,甚至对其合法权利造成侵害。因此,我们应进一步完善相关法律制度,在宏观上平衡法律规范之间的适应性和统一性,丰富告知后进行处罚的种类和方式。With the quick development of traffic monitor routine, more and more illegal activities of drivers have been taken to record. There are some loopholes in traffic informing system of illegal activities by monitor routine and it has triggered a satchel of questions. Hence, we should perfect legal system and amplify necessary rules and regulations. At the same time, we should provide the enriched kinds and methods of disposition notice.
