摘　　要：介绍了半无头轧制1.0 mm厚带钢存在的问题、单块轧制1.0 mm热轧带钢的生产难点,唐钢1810UTSP生产线为单块轧制1.0 mm厚带钢进行的工艺技术研究,开发了薄规格带钢轧制的成套技术。应用这些轧制技术生产的1.0 mm厚带钢已达到批量生产水平,产品的力学性能、尺寸精度及板形控制能够满足用户标准要求。It is introduced the problem in semi endless rolling of 1.0 mm steel strip, and the difficulties to roll the strip with single - block rolling. The technology technique research for single - block rolling of 1.0 mm steel strip is conducted in 1810 UTSP line in Tang Steel, the complete technology for thin steel strip rolling is developed. With this technique the 1.0 mm steel strip has been put into batch production, and the mechanical properties, size precision and sheet shape control of the products can meet the diamonds from customers.
