摘　　要：针对唐钢1#高炉自身炉役特点,认为炉身下部冷却壁、炉缸是1#高炉实现长寿的两个瓶颈,对此进行了原因分析。结合唐钢1#高炉生产实践,优化原料入炉、布料制度、送风制度、管理监测制度,延长了高炉的使用寿命,达到了较好的护炉效果。Based on the self campaign characteristic of 1# blast furnace of Tang Steel, it is considered that the two weak points for blast furnace to realize long working life are the lower cooling wall and the hearth, and the reason is analyzed. The optimization in raw materials into the furnace, distributing system, blowing system, management and monitoring systems prolongs the work life of blast furnace, gets a better lining protec tion effect.
