摘 要:采用丙烷为燃料的连铸坯火焰切割技术,如果切割嘴设计不合理、燃气和切割氧参数设置不恰当,很难把割口缩小,也容易造成切割时的金属飞溅、断面不平整等问题。唐钢第二钢轧厂利用凝聚射流原理,减小切割嘴的切割氧通道喉口,并在切割嘴上增设气体混合仓,优化切割枪气体介质参数,使铸坯割口降低到3.1 mm以下,铸坯切割面平整度也有很大提高,切割过程中的飞溅现象也得到控制。In flame cutting for continuous casting billet with propane as fuel, if cutting mouth is not reasonably designed, and the parameters of gas and cutting oxygen is not appropriate, it is difficult to shrink the cut, easy to bring about the problems of metal splashing in cutting and fracture surface uneven. In Tang Steel, based on the principle of coherent jet and with measures adopted : shrinking the throat area of cutting oxygen pipe of cutting nozzle, adding air mixing beck/on nozzle, optimizing air media parameters of cutting gang, the billet cut can be shrink to smaller than 3. 1 mm, the flatness of cutting surface got improved, the splashing controlled.
