负载金属球形活性炭吸附苯并噻吩的研究

摘  要:通过负载不同过渡金属于阳离子交换树脂,再经焙烧及CO2活化,制备负载金属球形活性炭吸附剂,并采用间歇床实验研究制备条件与脱硫条件对吸附剂脱硫性能的影响.结果表明:3类负载金属球形活性炭C-Fe、C-Ni和C-Cu的最佳炭化温度分别为430℃、450℃和440℃;对苯并噻吩的平衡吸附硫容分别为14.33 mg/g、12.97 mg/g和10.22 mg/g;吸附时间为4 h.当剂油质量比分别为0.15、0.17、0.22时,脱硫率达到最大,分别为67%、63%、54%.采用乙醇超声清洗和焙烧的方法,经3次再生处理后,吸附剂脱硫活性显著降低.Spherical activated carbons loaded with metal elements were prepared through liquid phase ion exchange by cation exchange resin followed by carbonization and physical activation with CO2.The effect of preparation and desulfurization condition on the desulfurization efficiency was investigated through intermittent experiments.The results showed that the optimum carbonization temperatures of these three types of supported metal spherical activated carbon of C-Fe、C-Ni、C-Cu were 430 ℃,450 ℃ and 440 ℃,respectively.The equilibrium adsorption sulfur capacities of the sorbents for benzothiophene were14.33 mg /g,12.97 mg /g and 10.22 mg /g,respectively.At room temperature and pressure,the adsorption time was 4 h.When the ratios of adsorbent to oil were 0.15,0.17 and 0.22,the desulfurization ratios reached the maximum for 67 %,63 % and 54 %,respectively.The desulfurization activity of the sorbents declined significantly by means of ultrasonic cleaning with ethanol and calcination after tertiary regeneration.
