摘  要:用废弃花生壳为原料制备活性炭,考察花生壳活性炭对酸性大红、活性艳红和直接耐晒翠蓝3种染料的处理效果.实验结果表明:活性炭对3种染料废水的处理效果明显,能够达到国家排放标准,4个单因素对3种废水的影响程度最大的为pH值,其次是投加量.对3种染料的吸附行为进行动力学拟合并进行动力学实验,结果表明:花生壳活性炭对3种染料废水的吸附行为遵循二级反应速率方程所描述的规律,相关系数R2分别为0.992、0.996、0.989.热力学实验结果表明:Langmuir吸附等温模型能很好地描述活性炭对3种染料废水的吸附过程.比表面积测定结果表明:实验制得的花生壳活性炭比表面积为646.13 m2/g,明显优于市售活性炭.花生壳活性炭作为一种易得、廉价、高效的吸附剂,在污水处理技术中,具有良好的应用前景.The experiment used waste peanut shells for preparation of activated carbon,considering its treatment effect on the three kinds of dye waste water,acid scarlet,reactive brilliant red and direct fast turquoise blue.Results of experiment showed that the treatment effect was obvious,to reach the national standard.Adsorption process of carbon to the dye wastewater accorded with quasi-second order rate equations.The correlation coefficient of R^2 were 0.992,0.996 and 0.989.The thermodynamics experiment showed that the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model could well describe the adsorption process.The surface area of peanut carbon was 646.13 m^2/g,significantly better than the commercially carbon.The peanut carbon is available,cheap and efficient adsorbent,In sewage treatment technology,it has good application prospects.
