摘 要:由于机械老化等因素的影响,运用传统的理论公式方法调节传送带线速度,往往导致给定输出达不到要求精度。为达到精确的同步输送,保证生产线各段运行线速度误差最小,提出一种基于最小二乘直线拟合的传送带变频调速方法。文中以施耐德PLC传送带变频调速系统作为实验平台,通过拟合函数确定所需电机转速,并验证了此种方法所得的传送带实际线速度更为精确,能克服由不可避免因素造成的误差影响。实践证明,在实际工作中可考虑用最小二乘拟合法来代替传统公式法进行传送带速度的设定。Using traditional theoretical formulas to adjust conveyor's line speed,it renders the given speed out of the required accuracy range due to mechanical aging and other factors.In order to achieve precise synchronization delivery and ensure the line speed error of each production line section to be minimized,a conveyor's speed of frequency adjusting way based on the least squares linear fitting method is proposed.A schneider PLC variable speed conveyor system is used as an experimental platform to obtain the required motor speed by the fitting function.The method proves the resulting goal line speed more accurate,and significantly improves the impact by unavoidable factors.Experiments show that the least-squares fitting method is much better than the traditional one for the conveyor speed setting in practical work.
