P-糖蛋白表达与乳腺黏液腺癌组织的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究P-糖蛋白表达与乳腺黏液腺癌组织的相关性。方法运用免疫组化SP法染色对P-糖蛋白在乳腺黏液腺癌组织中的表达进行检测,并对P-糖蛋白表达和乳腺黏液腺癌临床病理特征的关系进行分析。结果 P-糖蛋白在单纯型乳腺黏液腺癌中的表达阳性率明显比起在混合型乳腺黏液腺癌中的表达阳性率低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);P-糖蛋白表达阳性率和乳腺黏液腺癌中黏液量之间呈明显的负相关(P<0.05),和肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移情况、临床分期呈明显的正相关(P<0.05),和肿瘤的远处转移无相关性(P>0.05)。结论混合型乳腺黏液腺癌P-糖蛋白呈高水平表达,在乳腺黏液腺癌预后的判断中,P-糖蛋白可以作为一个重要指标。Objective To study the correlation of P-glycoprotein expression and breast mucinous adenocarcinoma. Methods The P-glycoprotein expression in breast mucinous adenocarcinoma were detected by SP immunohistochemical staining. Results The positive rate of P-glycoprotein in the simple type mucinous adenocarcinoma was significantly lower than that in mixed mucinous breast adenocarcinoma （P〈0. 05）. The positive rate of P-glycoprotein was negatively corre- lated with the amount of mutinous ad （P〈0. 05）, positively correlated wiht tumor size, lymph node metas tasis, clinical stage （P〈0. 05）, and not correlated with tumor metastasis （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion P-glycoprotein ex pression shows high levels in mixed mucinous breast adenocarcinoma and can be used as an important indicator in the diag nosis and prognosis evaluation.
