摘　　要：农业比较利益　偏低是工业化过程中客观存在的社会经济现象，研究农业比较利益在工业化过程中的客观规　律，并从比较利益的角度考察工业化过程中的农业发展政策是一个全新的角度。本文力图从　比较利益角度认识农业形势、考察农业政策的有效性。The low agricultural comparative benefit is an objective economic phenomenon in the process of industrialization. It is creative to study agricultural comparative benefit in the process of industrialization and examin e the policy for agricultural development from an industrial perspective. The cu rrent tries to recognize the situation of agriculture and the effectiveness of t he policy for agricultural development.
