摘　　要：近年来频发的自然灾害对日趋完善的农村信息服务体系造成很大影响。以2013年"4·20芦山地震"为例,介绍了灾前农村信息服务体系建设的基本情况,分析了灾后农村信息服务体系受损情况和灾后体系重建发展对信息的需求,指出灾后重建农村信息服务体系需要相关政策法规的支持以及政府部门、企事业单位、公益团体与灾区群众共同努力。The natural disasters frequently occurred in recent years have caused great impact on ever-improving rural information service system. Taking 2013 ＇s ＂4 · 20＂Lushan Earthquake as an example, this paper introduces the basic situation of the construction of rural information service system before the disaster, analyzes the damage of rural information service system after the disaster and the requirements of the post-disaster reconstruction for the information, and points out that the post-disaster reconstruction of rural information service system needs the support of relevant policies and regulations and the cooperative efforts of government departments, enterprises and institutions, public interest groups and masses in disaster-hit regions.
