摘　　要：目的探讨颅底软骨瘤的CT影像学表现,以提高其诊断准确性。方法回顾性分析8例经手术病理证实的颅底软骨瘤的CT征象。结果 8例病灶位于颅底鞍旁区硬膜外,病灶呈不均匀混杂密度,病灶及包膜呈轻中度强化,8例病灶内见点条状、分隔状或边缘不规则弧形钙化,3例邻近骨质呈压迫性骨缺损。结论在颅底鞍旁区硬膜外的类圆形或分叶状肿块中,如其内或边缘出现形态多样的钙化灶时,需考虑颅底软骨瘤的诊断。Objective To investgate CT features of skull base chondromas and to improve the diagnosis accuracy of it. Methods CT features of skull base chondromas in 8 cases confirmed by surgery pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results The lesions arised from skull base and found in the parasellar epidural regions in 8 cases. The lesions showed heterogeneous mixed density and presented low or intermediate enhancement, There were oppressive bone destructions near the tumor in 3 cases, There were spot,strip or arc of fringe calcifications in the tumor in 8 cases. Conclusion If a round or lobulated lesion arised from skull base and parasellar epidural regions, which multiple shapes calcifications were found in it or on its fringes, skull base chondromas should be considered.
