脾脏破裂的超声诊断及部分漏误诊病例原因分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声诊断在脾脏破裂中的应用价值,总结经验教训,旨在提高超声诊断准确率。方法:通过对超声图像、术后病理诊断及门诊超声随访进行回顾性综合对比分析。结果:78例患者中,确诊脾脏破裂75例,超声诊断正确70例,误诊3例,漏诊2例。结论:超声对脾脏破裂具有很高诊断价值,超声随访及临床病史对减少漏误诊的发生具有重要意义。Objective：To explore the value of uhrasonography in diagnosing the splenic rupture. Sum up the experiences in order to improve ultrasound diagnostic accuracy. Methods：Retrospectively and comprehensively comparatively analyze the ultrasound images, postoperative pathological diagnosis and outpatient ultrasound follow-up. Results： Splenic rupture caeses were 75, misdiagnosed 3 and missed diagnosis 2. The diagnose accordance rate of uhrasonography was 93 %. Conclusion：Ultrasound diagnosis of splenic rupture has a high value. Ultrasound follow-up and clinical history are important to reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
