边境贸易发展经验探析

摘　　要：边境贸易的产生和发展是人类社会历史发展到一定阶段的必然经济现象。实践证明,边境贸易作为边境地区对外开放的方式和手段无论在历史上还是当今时代,无论是对于一国整个对外开放还是兴边富民都发挥了重要作用。对墨美边境自由贸易区、新、马、印尼共同开发三角地带,南非的边境贸易与区域合作;国内的新疆、黑龙江、云南省区边境贸易发展经验进行总结和梳理,以找出规律,对我国解决发展边境贸易过程中遇到的各类现实问题提供借鉴。The emergence and developed of frontier trade is an inevitable phenomenon when history of human society developed to a certain stage.Years of practice has proved that under the conditions of the closure of border between countries,frontier trade as a window of border region opening to the outside world has been always playing an important role not only in the history but also today.However,we meet some new situation on the issues of how to develop frontier trade at present.To this end,the frontier trade development experience at home and abroad were reviewed and summarized and comb,in order to find out regu-larity,solve all kinds of practical problems encountered in the process of development of frontier trade is of great significance.
