德国发展低碳经济对我国的启示

摘　　要：欧盟是低碳经济的发祥地,也是全球低碳经济发展的领军者。而德国作为欧盟国家中发展最为迅速的经济体,一直是欧洲经济的新增长点和就业的摇篮,当前低碳经济已被作为一项重点课题写入德国未来发展战略规划中。基于阐述德国低碳经济的发展策略,得出对我国在政策、税收、信息服务等方面助力低碳经济发展的启示。The European Union is not only the birthplace of low-carbon economy but also the world leader in low-carbon e-conomy development.Germany as the fastest-growing economies in the European Union countries,is the cradle of Europe’s economic growth and employment.The low carbon economy has been written as a key subject in the future development strategy planning in Germany.This paper introduced Germany’s low carbon economy development strategy and found enlightenment in aspects of policy,taxation and information service to support the development of Chinese low carbon economy.
