摘　　要：以拉萨雪顿节作为研究对象是基于其在旅游公共服务内涵及影响因素方面具有典型性、代表性。通过问卷调查方式、运用描述统计分析等方法从进藏感知出发,可以有效地评价游客对西藏旅游公共服务的满意度,促使我们完善相应的公共服务措施,促进西藏旅游经济的快速发展。In a comprehensive analysis of the tourism public service and the content and its influence factors,this paper selects 21 indicators to build the public servicer appraisal target system. Shoton festival in Lhasa is taken der the perspective difference evaluation as the case of tourists, of study. The study uses descriptive analysis,factor analysis and IPA unconstructs an evaluation system of tourism public service, clarifies between perception importance and performance on tourism public service from the tourists,and make some corresponding suggestions.
