我国体育赛事举办城市促进体育旅游服务质量影响因素分析

摘　　要：体育赛事与提高城市体育旅游服务质量具有一定的关联性。运用文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法,提出我国体育赛事举办城市促进体育旅游服务质量影响因素主要有:交通状况(包括便捷抵达旅游目的地、到达比赛现场和找到旅店)、住宿条件(包括住宿的环境、服务及性价比)、场馆设施(包括场馆的环境,服务质量性价比)、体育赛事(包括比赛过程和比赛结果)等方面。其研究将为体育赛事举办城市决策者,制定我国体育赛事促进体育旅游服务质量管理政策提供参考,为体育学术界研究我国体育赛事举办城市促进体育旅游服务质量提供借鉴,对指导我国体育旅游的可持续发展具有重要的经济和社会价值。Sport events have some certain relevance with the improvement of sports tourism service quality in the host city. This paper used methods of literature review, expert interview and logical analysis to analyze the influencing factors of the improvement of sports tourism service quality in the host city. The result showed that the factors are traffic condition （how convenient to get tourism destination, event and hotel）, accommodation condition （its environment, service and price）, venue and facility （their environment, service and price） and sport events （the race and race results）. This study will provide a reference for decision maker of host city to make policy to promote sports tourism, and also provide a reference for researchers to study on sport event to improve sports tourism. This paper has important economic value and social value in the sustainable development of China sports tourism.
