中国广播体操的兴衰演变及其影响因素——兼谈第九套广播体操推广策略

摘　　要：广播体操这个曾经被誉为中国"国操"的大众健身项目不仅具有良好的健身价值,同时还具有独特的文化象征意义。采用文献资料、影视资料、逻辑分析等方法,对中国广播体操60年的兴衰演变历史进行深入细致的研究与分析,结果显示,中国广播体操的历史大致可以分为普及期、鼎盛期、衰落期、恢复期等4个发展时期,其兴衰演变受到政府职能转变、市场经济发展、大众媒体发展、运动项目多样化、广播体操自身发展、思想观念变化等多方面因素的影响。提出第九套广播体操的推广策略,建议从"统一思想认识、加强组织领导、加大宣传力度、建立官方网站、建立长效机制"5个方面开展第九套广播体操的推广工作。其中"建立长效机制"是第九套广播体操推广工作的重点与难点,具体措施如:将广播体操纳入公共体育服务体系、在高中阶段推广第九套广播体操、建立广播体操的奖励激励机制。为第九套广播体操具体的推广策略供参考,充分调动人们参加广播体操活动的积极性,吸引更多的人参加广播体操活动。Radio gymnastics, once known as China＇s ＂national sport＂, not only has a good fitness value, but also has a special culture symbolic meaning. Using methods of literature review, video observation and logic analysis, this paper analyzed the rise and fall of radio gymnastics in the last 60 years in China. The results showed that the history of radio gymnastics can be divided into popular stage, golden stage, decline stage and recovery stage, which is influenced by government function change, market economy development, mass media development, sports event diversification, radio gymnastics self-development and idea change. This article suggested five aspects, which are unifying ideological understanding, strengthening organizational leadership, strengthening propaganda, establishing the official web site and establishing a long-term mechanism, can be used to promote the ninth radio gymnastics. Establishing a long-term mechanism is the key point and difficult point. The specific measures are such as bring into the public sports service system, promote in high school, and establish reward incentive mechanism. This paper hoped to provide a reference for promotion of the ninth radio gymnastics.
