体育活动对大学生攻击性的影响:羞涩的中介作用

摘　　要：为了研究体育活动对大学生的攻击性所产生的影响及探讨其影响的产生过程，提出了以羞涩为中介的理论模型，方便抽取我国不同行政区域9所高校的2366名大学生为对象进行了大样本调研。研究结果表明：男性大学生的身体攻击性倾向高于女性大学生；大学生的攻击性得分主要呈1—2年级上升，2—3年级以后下降的趋势；体育活动对攻击性起到一定的抑制作用；体育活动并非直接对攻击性产生影响，羞涩起到了的中介作用。结果揭示了鼓励大学生积极参加体育运动有助于改善羞涩和降低攻击性。The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of sports activities on aggression of undergraduates and analyze its production process. Shyness was used as a medium between sports activities and aggression. By clustering sample method, nine universities in different regions of China were selected and then 2366 undergraduates were investigated. Results showed that male undergraduates obviously had higher physical aggression than female undergraduates had. The points of aggression increased from year 1 to year 2, and decreased from year 2 to year 3. Sports activities had some certain inhabited effect on aggression, but not a direct effect and with shyness＇ mediation. The results demonstrated that encouraging more participation in sports activities can help undergraduates overcome shyness and reduce aggressiveness.
