摘　　要：从环保、质量和处理工艺的角度对单组分灰膜和彩膜磷化液的配方设计、处理工艺等进行了详细的论述 ,并通过大量实验提出了该产品的最佳配方及处理工艺 ,该工艺污染小 ,成本低 ,使用方便 。The formula design of single component grey film and color film phosphating solution and processing technology are expounded in detail from the view point of enviroment protection, quality and processing technology. Optinum formula and processing technology for the phosphating product were proposed based on a large number of experimental results. This makes a profitable exploration and attempt for developing a new generation environment protection type phosphating solution in our country.
