摘 要:在综述固体火箭发动机桥丝点火系统组成及工作原理的基础上,探讨分析了3种典型失效,即点火系统电气分系统的点火电池无法激活及功能组件异常、发火分系统不发火及异常发火、能量释放分系统点火延迟及爆燃等的失效模式及产生机理,并综合了相应的预防及改进措施。本文对发动机点火系统的研制、生产、试验评定等工程应用具有一定的参考和借鉴作用。Ignition system is an important parts, and is a more easy failure parts. Based on the analysis of solid rocket engine's bridge-wire ignition system composition and working principle, the typical ignition system failure mode and the produce mechanism are talked about, for example, electrical subsystem's ignition battery can't be activated and functional components are wrong, and firing subsystem can't fire or abnormally fire, and energy release subsystem delay fire or explode, and so on. And based on the failure mode and the produce mechanism, some corresponding preventive and improve measures are offered. These measures are effective and valuable references for the engineering application of rocket engine's ignition system, for example, development, production and test evaluation.
