子宫圆韧带囊肿的多层螺旋CT诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT在子宫圆韧带囊肿诊断中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析13例经手术及病理证实的子宫圆韧带囊肿患者的CT及临床资料,所有病例均采用多层螺旋CT容积扫描,结合轴位、冠状及矢状位多平面重建(MPR)图像,加局部薄层及曲面重建(CPR)图像。结果 CT表现特点:沿子宫圆韧带走行区梭形、椭圆形囊性包块,囊壁薄而光滑,11例囊内密度均匀,CT值5-12Hu;4例伴囊壁钙化,11例清楚显示子宫圆韧带走行与包块相连。结论多层螺旋CT密度分辨率高、显示解剖关系清楚,对子宫圆韧带囊肿的诊断具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical value of Multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of hydrocele Nuck＇s canal. Methods 13 cases were confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively in patients with hydrocele Nuck＇s canali of CT and clinical data. All cases were adopted the Multislice spiral CT volume scanning, combined with axial, coronal and sagittal multiplanar reconstruction （MPR） images, with local thin layer and curve plane reconstruction （CPR） images. Results CT signs： Along the round ligament of the uterus in fusiform or oval cystic mass, and the cyst wall thin and smooth. Uniform density in 11 cases of cystic, CT value of 5-12 Hu;4 cases with cystic wall calcification, 11 cases showed clearly round ligament of the uterus are connected to the mass. Conclusion Multislice spiral CT has high density resolution and demonstrates the anatomical relationships well. It has clinical value in the diagnosis of hydrocele Nuck＇s canal.
