中药及针灸在青春期功血调整月经周期方面的应用

摘　　要：目的观察中药及针灸在青春期功血调整月经周期方面的临床疗效。方法选择我院2009年1月～2013年6月青春期功血患者92例，根据治疗方法不同分为两组，观察组46例在中药治疗基础上结合针灸，对照组46例患者给予雌孕激素人工周期，观察停药后两组月经恢复情况。结果观察组总有效率为91．30％；对照组总有效率为78．26％，观察组治疗效果明显好于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组不良反应比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论中药及针灸联合治疗可调整机体生殖内分泌，使下丘脑一垂体一卵巢轴功能逐渐趋于键全，在青春期功血调整月经周期方面具有较好的治疗作用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture in regulating menstrual cycle of adolescent functional bleeding. Methods Ninety-two cases of adolescent functional bleeding patients recruited in our hospital from January 2009 to June 2013 were selected as research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups after cessation of blood： observation group and control group. Forty-six patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine based on combination of acupuncture and moxibustion, and forty-six patients in the control group were treated with estrogen and progesterone artificial cycle. Recovery of menstruation in the two groups was observed after stopping drugs. Results There were 24 cases in the observation group were cured, and 18 cases were treated effectively, and the total effective rate was 91.30%; There were 14 cases in the control group were cured, 22 cases were treated effectively, and the total effective rate was 78.26%. In aspect of regulating menstrual cycle, the clinical effect in the observation group was better than that of the control group, and there were significant differences in the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture can adjust reproductive endocrine of bodies, better functions of hypothalamus-hypophysis-ovarian axis gradually, and play better therapeutic roles in regulating menstrual cycle of adolescent functional bleeding.
