摘　　要：针对液压炉条机的液压往复运动的间歇性不利于煤气发生炉的制气 ,进行了技术分析、设计和改造 ,使其运转均衡性 (单位时间内炉条机运转时间比值 )从约 50 %提高至约 84%。The technology analysis, design, and retrofit were made bacause the intermittence of the hydraulic reciprocating movement of the hydraulic furnace fire bar machine was harmful to the gas production, and the operating equalization (the ratio of the operation time of the furnace fire bar machine in a unit time ) was increased from about 50% to about 84%.
