多烯康治疗糖尿病合并高脂血症80例临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨采用多烯康治疗糖尿病合并高脂血症的临床效果。方法选取2013年1-6月来我院接受治疗的糖尿病合并高血脂症的80例患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组患者采用银丹心脑通胶囊进行药物治疗，观察组采用多烯康治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果对照组总有效率为62．5％，而观察组总有效率为92．5％。观察组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论采用多烯康治疗糖尿病合并高脂血症患者取得了良好的治疗效果，它在降脂的同时还具备很好的降糖功效，因此值得在临床上广泛推广和应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of doxicon in the treatment of diabetes combined with hyperlipidemia. Methods Eighty patients with diabetes combined with hyperlipidemia treated in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given Yindan Xintong capsule drug treatment and the observation group was given doxicon treatment, The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 62.5% and that of the observation group was 92.5%. Comparison shows that the observation group was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of doxicon treatment to the patients with diabetes combined with hyperlipidemia obtains excellent clinical treatment effects. It shows good hypoglycemic effect while lowering lipid and therefore should be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
