超声检查腹部淋巴结的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的分析超声检查在腹部淋巴结疾病诊断当中的临床价值。方法选取2008年10月～2013年9月在我院进行治疗的腹部淋巴结肿大患者76例为研究对象，均分别进行超声和CT检查，对超声检查和CT检查在炎性淋巴结肿大、淋巴瘤、转移瘤以及淋巴结结核的诊断准确率进行分析。结果超声在炎性淋巴结肿大、淋巴瘤、转移瘤以及淋巴结结核的诊断方面准确性分别为95．83％、94．74％、100．00％、86．67％，各指标均高于CT的准确性，两组比较存在显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论超声检查用于腹部淋巴结的诊断较CT检查具有更高的准确性，能够有效地对腹部淋巴结肿大的性质进行判断，提高对腹部淋巴结病变诊断的准确度，避免漏诊、误诊的发生，从而帮助患者尽早发现，尽早治疗，对于患者疾病的诊断和治疗具有重要的临床意义。Objective To analyze the clinical value of the ultrasound on the diagnosis of the abdominal lymph node （ALN） diseases. Methods 76 cases of ALN swelling patients who were admitted into our hospital from Oct. 2008 to Sept.2013 were selected as study subjects and diagnosed with ultrasound and CT scanning. The accuracy in inflammatory lymph node swelling,lymphoma,metastatic tumor and lymphatic tuberculosis was analyzed： Results The accuracy of ultrasound in inflammatory lymph node swelling, lymphoma,metastatic tumor and lymphatic tuberculosis were 95.83%,94.74%,100.00%,86.67% respectively.All the indicators were higher than than CT（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The ultrasound examination has a higher accuracy on ALN diagnosis, and can efficiently determine the characteristics of ALN swelling.In addition,it can improve the diagnostic accuracy,avoid the misdiagnosis and help patients to diagnose and treat earlier.Overall,it has an critical significance in diagnosis and treatment.
