摘　　要：目前国内外生产的药品剂型中,运用最广的是片剂。片剂作为应用得最多的剂型,由于包衣工艺不同可以实现在不同部位崩解起作用的效果,所以对包衣方面的技术进行分析显得特别重要。本文选取包衣中比较难控制的肠溶衣包衣项目,详细阐述包肠溶衣的操作技巧、注意事项以及操作过程中容易出现问题进行原因分析,并提出确实可行的解决方法,为广大制药专业技术人员日常生产实际解决问题提供参考依据。Tabuletta is the most widely used drug dosage form currently at home and abroad. As the most widely used drug dosage form, tabuletta can realize to disintegrating at different parts because the different coating process. The analysis of coating technology is particularly important. Enteric coated project was analyzed, which is difficult to control of the coating process. To detailed the enteric coated of the operating skills, attentions and the reason analysis of problems which easily occurred during operation. Through to put forward the feasible solution, to provide reference for the daily production of the pharmaceutical professional and technical personnel to solve the actual problems.
