150例住院患儿的营养风险筛查结果及分析

摘　　要：目的对临床住院的患儿的营养风险进行评估以及分析，为临床住院患儿的营养支持提供理论依据。方法选取2013年3月20日-2014年1月20日我院收治的150例患儿，采用NRS2002评分系统对住院患儿的营养风险进行评估以及比较不同年龄段的患儿的营养风险检出率以及营养不良检出率。结果在150例患儿中营养风险检出率为34％（51／150）；营养不良检出率为28％（42／150）。营养风险检出率与营养不良检出率之间的相关系数为r=0．875，P〈0．01，且患儿年龄与营养风险检出率以及营养不良检出率无明显关系（P〉0．05）。结论NRS2002评分系统用于住院的患儿的营养风险筛查，对营养不良的患儿的及早发现有着举足轻重的作用。Objective To evaluate and analyze the nutrition risk, and to provide theory basis of nutrition support for the clinical children patients. Methods 150 Cases of children patients who were admitted into our hospital from 20th Mar.2013 to 20th Jan 2014 were selected as study subjects.The NRS 2002 Score system was applied for the nutrition risk evaluation,and the detection rate of the nutrition risk and malnutrition was compared between different age groups. Results The detection rate of the nutrition risk in 150 cases patients was 34%（51/150）,while the malnutrition was 28%（42/150）.The correlation index,r=0.875,P 〈 0.01. In addition,there was no relationship between the patients＇ age and the detection rate （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion NRS 2002 Score system is critical for the children＇s nutrition risk screening and early detection
