摘  要:目的对小儿多重耐药菌相关危险因素进行调查,研究该病症的控制与护理干预措施,以期为小儿多重耐药菌感染疾病的治疗提供参考。方法选取2011年10月-2013年10月我院收治的200例小儿多重耐药菌感染患者,利用目标性监测方法调查分析感染相关危险因素,并以此为基础提出针对性控制措施。结果通过调查分析发现78例患儿被耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌感染,108例患儿由产超广谱β-内酰胺酶所致,14例患儿被其他因素感染;多重耐药菌感染和年龄有着密切的关系,体重轻、年龄小感染多重耐药菌的机率高;另外,多重耐药菌感染还受慢性疾病、手术以及疾病危重程度影响,本文调查的200例感染患儿多来自于小儿消化内科、重症监护中心、普外科等。结论重视多重耐药菌的监测,并采取有效措施提高医护人员防范意识,以切断病菌感染传播途径。同时按照规范对患儿进行隔离,并落实相关预防制度能有效控制多重耐药菌的传播,对减少该病菌的感染具有重要意义,因此临床实践中应注重推广应用。Objective The risk factors associated with multi-resistant bacteria in children to investigate and study nursing interventions to control the disease in order to provide a reference for the multi-drug resistant infections in children treatment of disease. Methods October 2012 - October 2013 in our hospital 200 cases of pediatric patients with multi-drug resistant infections, the use of objective methods of investigation and analysis to monitor infection risk factors and control measures in order to put forward specific basis. Results The survey analysis found 78 cases of children being methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection , 108 cases of children produced by a hyperspectral β -lactamase caused 14 cases of children being infected with other factors ; multi-drug resistant closely related to infection and the age, light weight, younger and more heavily infected with multidrug-resistant ; Additionally, multi- drug resistant infections also affected by chronic illness, surgery and disease extent in critically ill children with 200 cases of infection in this paper surveys and more from the department of gastroenterology , intensive care centers, general surgery and so on. Conclusion The importance of monitoring multi-drug resistant, and take effective measures to raise awareness of health care workers in order to cut off the infection and transmission. Meanwhile accordance with the norms of children isolated, and the implementation of relevant preventive system can effectively control the spread of multi-resistant bacteria, reducing the bacteria infection is important, therefore clinical practice should focus on application.
