摘 要:利用土培方式,研究了铝对9703,浙春2号,浙春3号等3个不同大豆品种的质膜透性和POD和CAT活性的影响。结果表明,铝胁迫下,3个品种的叶片质膜透性增大,CAT、POD的活性在中等程度铝处理时上升,而在较高浓度铝处理时下降。3个大豆品种对铝胁迫的反应有所不同,总体上,3个大豆品种耐铝性大小依次为:浙春2号〉9703〉浙春3号。Using soil culturing, the effect of aluminum on plasma membrane and activities of CAT (Catalase) and POD(Peroxidase) of three cultivars (9703, Zhechun No.2 and Zhechun No.3) of soybean was studied. On the stress of aluminum, plasma membrane of soybean leaves was increased. When contention of aluminum treatment was moderate, the activities of CAT and POD was increased, and when contention of aluminum treatment was high, the activities of CAT and POD was decreased. From the differences among genotypes of soybean, the tolerance of these three varieties to aluminum was different. The ability of tolerance to aluminum was showed that: Zhechun No.2〉9703〉Zhechun No.3.
