摘　　要：江口水电站施工总体设计包括施工总进度、对外交通、施工总布置 3部分。施工总工期为 4年 8个月 (不计工程筹建期 ) ,第 1台机组发电期为 3年 8个月 ;对外交通经综合分析 ,考虑大重件运输以及运输费用、运输强度等一系列因素 ,采用以水运为主 ,陆运为辅的运输方案 ;施工总布置根据工程特点、规模及场地条件 ,采用两岸布置的布置方式 ,主要施工场地布置在 2 0年一遇洪水位 2 12 .The general design of construction of Jiangkou hydropower station includes 3 parts: (1) general construction schedule; (2) access road and transportation; (3) construction general layout. The general construction period of the project is 4 years and 8 months, excluding preparation period, and the construction period calculated to the initial operation of the first generating unit is 3 years and 8 months. In consideration of a series of factors, such as transportation of large - sized components, transportation intensity, etc., waterway transportation is taken as main transportation scheme with land transportation taken as an auxiliary one. On the basis of the characteristics, scale and site condition of the project, the construction site is laid out on both banks, with the main construction site arranged above the elevation of 212.78 m which is the flood level with 20 - year frequency.
