厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗原发性高血压患者的临床疗效（附88例报告）

摘　　要：目的：观察厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法将2012年7月至2013年12月我院收治的88例原发高血压患者分为2组，观察组44例，给予厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片（含厄贝沙坦150 mg，氢氯噻嗪12.5 mg），1片/天；对照组44例，给予厄贝沙坦片，150 mg/次，每天1次，治疗周期均为8周。治疗结束后，对比两组患者的血压变化情况，分析比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组和对照组患者治疗后的舒张压和收缩压较治疗前均显著下降，且观察组的收缩压明显低于对照组，具有统计学差异（P ＜0.05）；观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组，具有统计学差异（P ＜0.05）；两组治疗后的心率、血糖等均未出现明显变化，不良反应发生率低。结论厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片具有良好的降压作用，治疗原发性高血压的临床效果优、安全性好，值得临床推广使用。Objective the aim of this study is to observe and analysis the clinical therapeutic effect of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets on essential hypertension. Methods the 88 cases of patients with essential hypertension who accepted by our hospital from July 2012 to December 2013 were divided into two groups randomly. The observation group with 44 cases, and the control group 44 cases. The observation group was treated with the irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets （which was composed of 150 mg irbesartan and 12.5 mg hydrochlorothiazide） once a day. The control group was treated with the irbesartan tablets, 150 mg every time, once a day. Each of the treatment periods are 8 weeks. After the treatment, the blood pressure changes in the two groups of patients were analyzed and the clinical therapeutic effects were compared. Results the diastolic and systolic blood pressure of the observation group and control group patients were significantly decreased after treatment, and the systolic blood pressure of observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. In addition, the total efficiency of observed group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. On the last, the heart rate, blood glucose of the two groups were not changed significantly after treatment, and the incidence of side effects is very low. Conclusion Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide tablets has a good antihypertensive ability. It has an excellent clinical results when treating the essential hypertension. It is safety and worthy of the clinical use.
