臭氧联合APLD术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床评价

摘　　要：目的：臭氧联合经皮穿刺电动旋切腰椎间盘髓核切吸术（APLD）治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效和安全性。方法 A组50例患者用经皮穿刺电动旋切腰椎间盘髓核切吸术（APLD）治疗，B 组50例患者用臭氧联合 APLD 术式治疗。用Hijikata 腰背痛手术评定标准及视觉模拟镇痛评分（Vas）评定疗效。结果对俩组患者用 Hijikata 腰背痛手术评定标准评定疗效 B 组明显好于 A 组（P〈0.05）：对俩组患者进行视觉模拟镇痛评分（Vas）B 组明显低于 A 组（P〈0.05）。结论臭氧联合经皮穿刺电动旋切腰椎间盘髓核切吸术（APLD）治疗腰椎间盘突出症是又安全又提高疗效的方法。Objective Ozone combined with percutaneous electric rotary cutting lumbar discectomy （APLD） efficacy and safety in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Method 40 cases in group a were treated with aPld treatment, B group of 40 patients with ozone combined with percutaneous electric rotary cutting lumbar discectomy （APLD） treatment. With Hijikata low back pain operation evaluation standard and visual analogue pain score （VAS） assessment of efficacy. Results two patients with Hijikata low back pain evaluation criteria to assess the efficacy of B operation was significantly better in the A group （P〈0.05）：visual analogue pain scores of two groups of patients （Vas） was lower in group B than in group a （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ozone combined with percutaneous electric rotary cutting lumbar discectomy （aPld） in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is safe and improve the efficacy of the method.
